Complimentary sessions
If you have received a complimentary session with us, your reservation fee is applied to your purchase on the day of your Zoom or In-Person Ordering/Reveal session.
Paid session or voucher purchased sessions
Session fees and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Your session discounts/credits will be applied at the time of purchase.
Reschedule policies
If you must reschedule, please provide at least 14 days notice. Your reservation fee is automatically transferred to the new date.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice or multiple times may require an additional reservation fee of $200. This fee, while non-refundable, may be applied in full to any product purchase.
If you are 20+ minutes late for an appointment, you are considered a “no show” and will be automatically canceled as there will not be enough time to create your portraits. No refunds are available.
Portrait Orders
Your product purchase is a custom order. Editing begins immediately after payment. Once your order is placed, the payment is non-refundable.
Portrait products are shipped from our lab in Italy. Occasionally items are delayed in customs. Please contact us for tracking information if you have not received your order within the timeframe given to you at your sale appointment.
If you are on an in-house payment plan, your order will not be processed until it is paid in full. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in additional charges. No refunds will be given on incomplete payment plans.
The digital portion of your order will be delivered within 10-15 business day of final payment. If you need to request any revisions before printing, you will have five days to review the edits and request changes before printing. Print products will be delivered 10-12 weeks after final payment.
